GenZ Books is a Pakistani business based at 49 Tail, Sargodha, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@genzbooks.pk or +92 335 7660349. In these terms “we”, “us” and “GenZ Books” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the service.

GenZ Books shows the pages of your prescribed textbooks and, when you tap a question or highlight a line, gives you an answer worked from that chapter by an artificial-intelligence model. It is a study aid. It is not a school, a tutor, a board, or a substitute for your own reading.

The textbooks shown in GenZ Books are published by the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB) and other boards. We do not own these books, we did not write them, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any board. They are shown so that you can study the book you already use at school. Copyright in the books remains with their publishers. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Every answer in GenZ Books is generated by an AI model. The model reads the page and the chapter and writes an answer; no teacher has checked it. AI can misread a scanned page, mis-solve a sum, invent a fact, or miss what the examiner wants. Errors will occur. Treat every answer as a starting point: check it against your textbook and your teacher, and never copy one into an exam or assignment as if it were your own or as if it were verified.

When an answer is wrong, please tell us with the Report answer control under it or through the feedback form. We use those reports to improve the prompts and the page text, but we cannot promise any particular answer will be corrected, and we accept no liability for marks, results or decisions that rely on an AI-generated answer.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself. A student account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the earlier device out after you confirm. Sharing an account is not allowed and may lead to it being suspended.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, we assume a parent or guardian has agreed to you using GenZ Books and to any payment made for it.

Access is sold as a pass for one class for the full syllabus. The price is shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before you pay. A pass is for one class only; moving to the next class is a new pass at that class's price. Nothing renews on its own.

Payments are made through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a direct bank transfer. A bank transfer is confirmed manually once we match it, which can take up to one working day after you contact us with the receipt. If you paid and your class did not open, contact us and we will either open it or refund the payment. When access opens, how to cancel and when we refund are set out in the Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices, the launch offer and which classes are open can change at any time; a change never affects a pass you have already paid for.

Do not try to copy the books out of the app, scrape or automate the service, resell access, share your account, attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not send us abusive messages. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

We work to keep GenZ Books available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove books, classes, features and answers. If we ever close the service, we will tell you and, where a pass is still running, refund the unused part.

To the extent the law allows, GenZ Books is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for exam results, or for any reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current pass.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use GenZ Books after a change means you accept it.
